Een juiste balans tussen inspanning en ontspanning is de sleutel voor een fit en vitaal leven. De oefeningen die voorbijkomen tijdens de Relaxercise cursus helpen je spanningen los te laten. Dit doen we o.a. door middel van houdings-, flexibiliteitsoefeningen met Pilates &amp; Yoga en mindfulness zoals b.v. <span style=\"caret-color: #000000;\">ademhalingsoefeningen<\/span>!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_xxxcontentpasted0\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Andere positieve effecten zijn nieuwe frisse energie, een positieve mindset, verbetering van concentratie \/ prestaties, uit je hoofd en in je lichaam komen en flexibeler in het leven staan. Joseph Pilates is de grondlegger van dit uitgebalanceerde bewegingsprogramma.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.8);\">In de Pilates training wordt er gewerkt aan het centrum van het lichaam = powerhouse (rug-, buik- en bekkenbodemspieren). De spierversterkende oefeningen worden gecontroleerd en bewust uitgevoerd. Tijdens de vloeiende bewegingen wordt er ook aandacht besteed aan ademhaling, flexibiliteit en balans. Deze is als een schommel bevestigd aan het plafond. Doordat je de hangmat op verschillende hoogtes kan verstellen zijn de mogelijkheden oneindig.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 18px;\">De yoga poses worden ondersteund door de hangmat. Er zijn bijvoorbeeld hangende poses waarbij geen belasting is op je wervelkolom. Mensen met rugklachten zullen positieve effecten ervaren doordat je rug ontspant en de rugspieren kunnen verlengen. De yoga poses bevordert spierkracht, lenigheid, goede ademhaling en ontspanning. Van beginners tot gevorderde sporters kunnen deze speelse vorm van yoga beoefenen. Het tempo en niveau bepaal je zelf. We eindigen de training met een ontspanningsmoment\/ meditatie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Naast dat Aerial Yoga heel leuk is om te doen is het &#8220;Fitness for Body and Soul&#8221;.
